One of the great things about living in Little Rock is good beer. We have two brew pubs and one micro brewery. The micro brewery is Diamond Bear Brewery

Diamond Bear started brewing on September 21, 2000. They have won numerous gold medals and is a local favorite. I was excited to learn that you can volunteer to help bottle beer in exchange for what? Of course beer! So I decided to bottle beer and took Eric along to film. We used our new Mino Flip video and jumped in. It was hard work but I got a full case of their Pale Ale and a case of short fills. Needless to say my weekend was filled with fresh off the line beer!
